Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer in a sign shop or similar environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi-Sign, Gerber Omega, and CorelDraw.
• Strong work ethic and dependability, with a commitment to not missing work.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to small details.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with thermal digital printers.
• Familiarity with installation processes for graphics.

Responsibilities

• Creating graphics and outputting them to roll-fed digital printers and flatbed digital printers.
• Operating roll-fed vinyl cutting plotters and flatbed cutter/routers.
• Performing weeding, application taping, and finish work.
• Installing graphics both on-bench and on-site when needed.
• Verifying orders and boxing them upon completion.
• Maintaining general housekeeping of the work area.
• Assisting in other departments such as embroidery and screen printing when needed.
