About The Position

As an Insulation Installer at Momper Insulation, you will be responsible for the installation of insulation materials in various settings, including attics, crawlspaces, and ceilings. This role requires physical labor and the ability to work in diverse environmental conditions while adhering to safety standards. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Installation experience is a plus
• Comfortable using standard hand tools
• Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
• Able to stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Being bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Loading and logging materials onto a truck
• Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the height needed
• Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
• Installing insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
• Driving a company vehicle while following all driving rules and DOT requirements
• Maintaining tools and truck
• Observing job site safety rules and knowing the location of the MSDS packets in the vehicle
