Requirements

• Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts machine to specified parameters and monitors temperature, pressure, speed, etc., as required to ensure optimal operation of equipment and quality of product produced.
• Maintains appropriate documentation (e.g., production records) to comply with regulatory requirements and to document the quality of products produced.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment used in process (e.g., cleaning, lubricating).
• Accurately dispenses material into molds using established methods.
• Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and performs corrective action when necessary.
• Communicates effectively with supervisors/managers and other personnel regarding any issues or problems encountered during operation of machinery.
• Contributes to continuous improvement by suggesting improvements and participating in problem solving activities.
• Works safely, ensuring adherence to safety standards and guidelines, and responds to allergens.
• Wears protective clothing and devices as required.
• Disposes of waste materials properly.
