Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures. Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing). Follows instructions closely. Documents work accurately. Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles. Basic knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, conveyors, chillers). Performs mold setup using standard tools and procedures under supervision. Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming). Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings. Learning to identify and report common molding defects. Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions. Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably. Understands the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or associate's degree preferred.
