About The Position

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in injection molding or related field.
• Mechanical inclination and skills in mold installation and maintenance.
• Ability to manage raw materials effectively.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install injection molds from machines.
• Change inserts in injection molds.
• Clean molds, inserts, and components.
• Install molds into injection molding machines.
• Pull, clean, and reassemble plasticizing screws.
• Measure and maintain check ring assemblies.
• Manage raw materials in drying hoppers and handle changeovers.
• Maintain clean filters in material handling systems.
• Perform injection molding operator tasks as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
