About The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Molding Supervisor in our Devens, MA facility.  Key responsibilities include supervising all activities on the molding room floor including machine start-ups and shift disposition.  Please note, this role will initially be an 8-hour, Monday–Friday position but will likely move to a 12-hour rotating shift mid to late 2026.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor.
  • Should understand the Manufacturing process.
  • Experience in leading Kaizen, 6-S, and other LEAN activities.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving techniques.
  • The ability to work independently and to be a self-starter is essential.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and supervision for machine operators, service personnel, material handlers, packers, and temporary staff.
  • Review the daily production schedule and make adjustments based on operational priorities.
  • Complete supervisory logs and enter required information into the ERP system each shift; promptly communicate issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Molding Department activities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams as needed.
  • Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards across the molding room, packing room, material areas, grinding room, and all other related workspaces.
  • Identify opportunities for team growth and support employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor and address employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company expectations and spend at least 65% of time on the floor with staff for hands-on coaching and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, and all applicable procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communicate and uphold company policies, including safety requirements, break schedules, and clean room protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
