About The Position

As the manufacturing arm for our customers, Mack has built a worldwide reputation as a reliable provider of plastic injection molding services and contract manufacturer in a number of diverse markets, including medical, industrial, transportation, energy/environment, computer and business, and consumer products. Many would say the shift technician is where rubber meets the road in molding. The objectives of this position are to optimize the repeatability and efficiency of production, ultimately achieving the high level of product quality our customers demand. By using your knowledge and expertise of machinery to quickly identify and efficiently correct part defects, press issues and other equipment problems, you will play a key role in achieving our mission of Total Customer Satisfaction. Additionally, the shift technician performs die setting functions, along with initial job startups for samples and production.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or certificate from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical and hydraulic problems.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software.

Responsibilities
