Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
• Set up and adjust equipment guides, stops, and other fixtures.
• Inspect part for defects & verify conformance to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Mark products or equipment with identifying information.
• Move materials and products between work areas as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products.
• Record production and operational data.
• Count, pack, and forward parts to the next stage of production.
