At Intersurgical Inc., you’ll help create medical device components used in hospitals around the world. This role is low stress, hands-on, and easy to learn — no prior molding experience needed!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Reliable & detail-oriented
• Comfortable doing repetitive work
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for molded parts
• Set up your workstation
• Place components into molds (when needed)
• Remove finished parts from the press
• Trim and sort parts
• Inspect for quality
• Package and label components
• Complete basic paperwork
• Keep your area clean and organized
• Support team tasks as needed
