About The Position

JOB SUMMARY Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring. Manufactures high quality pressed fittings according to manufacturing specification sheets in an efficient manner while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operates presses Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Utilize safe work habits Wear appropriate PPE Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures Other duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Three years of verifiable work history JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to work overtime and shift work as required Standing 6 to 8 hours daily Walking 6 to 8 hours daily Bending/Stooping 6 to 8 hours daily Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly Push/Pull 6 to 8 hours daily BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Dependability/Attendance Problem Solving/Judgement Thoroughness TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations Preferred method of application and to view all opportunities visit: https://www.nov.com/Careers NOV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination or Harassment of Any Kind. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of verifiable work history
  • Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
