About The Position

Duties are generally performed under the direct supervision of the Molding Supervisor. This position includes setting up CT’s to be incapsulated; by prepping CT’s, preparing molds and pouring epoxy to required specs. Also working with new and special designs. Must be able to use and have a general understanding of measurement devices and follow product dimensions on the core specification sheet. This position involves working with industrial chemicals such as epoxies, RTV, mold release agents, and related material while following all safety and PPE requirements.A Day In The LifeWork with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency Understand the Meramec lead installation procedure Assure that all products meet the highest standard of quality Follow all safety rules and ISO requirements Understand the operation and upkeep of our molding equipment and documents.
