About The Position
Now Hiring: Molders – 2nd Shift $20–22/hr — Raise after 60 days and Bonus Potential (average incentive wage is $25-30/hour) Join the team at Eck Industries, a leading aluminum foundry in Manitowoc, WI. We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Molders to help shape precision aluminum castings used in aerospace, defense, and cutting-edge industries. What You’ll Do Build and assemble sand molds for aluminum castings. Follow work instructions to meet quality specs and production goals. Operate molding and core-making equipment. Position and assemble molds for pouring molten aluminum. Use hand tools to shape, smooth, and finish molds. Keep your work area clean and organized — safety first! Depending on the department, you may: Use No-Bake, Shell Core, SO₂, or Free Flow molding processes. Mix sand, compact cores, spray release agents, and inspect final molds. Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments for top-quality results. What We’re Looking For Prior manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!). High school diploma or GED preferred. Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment. Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
