Requirements

• High School/GED diploma required.
• Experience operating and setting up mold machines.
• Ability to use basic math and measuring tools.
• Ability to work from blue prints, ordinary drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use a variety of hand-held tools and air-impact tools.
• At least 2 years of mold machine experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting up molds to prepare them for production cycle.
• Perform painting operations on intellirupter parts and sensors.
• Assemble upper and middle sensors.
• Understand operation and PM requirements on various machines.
• Ability to use UV lighting chamber for identifying bad mix.
• Successfully troubleshoot intermediate equipment issues.
• Perform sandblasting operations as required.
• Ability to start and shut off mold machine following proper sequencing.
• Ability to perform vacuum sequence after changing material.
