About The Position

The position involves assisting technicians with mold changeovers, determining part defects, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate corrective actions. The role requires setting up and operating molding machinery and supporting equipment, as well as handling materials in the molding area, which includes delivering raw materials, removing finished goods, and recording material movements in the ERP system. Additionally, the position involves assisting with scheduled preventative maintenance functions and working closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment. Compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining good housekeeping practices are essential. Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices is also required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Good communication/interpretation skills.
• Good visual skills for assessing functionality of equipment.
• Above basic mathematical skills.
• Above minimum computer skill set.
• Reasoning ability.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn.

Responsibilities
