About The Position

The position is for a 3rd Shift role (11pm-7:30am) focused on supporting plastic production. The primary responsibilities include setting molds, loading resin, setting up work stations, and assisting in establishing process parameters according to master control plants. The role also involves supporting others in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent education
• 1+ year as a machine operator
• Positive can do attitude
• Ability to speak and write English
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and climb ladders
• Proficient mathematics
• Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Shows good judgement
• Ability to work independently and handle projects to completion
• Ability to lift 55lbs

Responsibilities

• Removal of molds and lead changeover activities
• Assisting shift supervisor in supporting multiple machines through monitoring operators
• Handling and sorting of production parts, fixtures and components
• Basic monitoring of production process
• Maintaining and cleaning the machine and work area
• Providing breaks for operators
