About The Position
The Mold Set Up Technician position at Adecco Staffing involves a variety of responsibilities centered around the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines. The technician will be tasked with troubleshooting these machines according to product specifications, ensuring that all processes meet the required standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing various production peripherals to assist in evaluations of new processing and ancillary equipment as needed. The technician will also be responsible for performing all tasks related to the tooling test list, which is crucial for maintaining the quality and efficiency of the production process. In addition to the above, the technician will conduct process analysis on problem moldings, adhering to department requirements and specifications. Monitoring the molding machine systems is essential for determining capability analysis, which helps in identifying any potential issues before they escalate. The role also includes performing pilot-gauging applications on the molding machines and executing EOA tooling changes and robotics troubleshooting as required. Adherence to company safety policies and procedures is paramount, and the technician will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the defined context of the role. This position is located in El Paso, Texas, and requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a team environment while maintaining good working relationships with managers and supervisors. The technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the injection molding process, contributing to the overall success of the production team.
