Mitigation Technicians are on the front lines of restoring communities by being first on site after disasters strike (e.g., floods, fires) and will be leading the mitigation effort to restore properties. The role requires a world-class work ethic, serious attention to detail, and a love to help people, especially when customers are faced with a traumatic event.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current IICRC and or ACAC mold remediation certification
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
  • Dedication to customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
  • Desire to continually learn new things

Responsibilities

  • High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, & mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • Assist other team members as opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
