About The Position

The Mold Prep position prepares boat mold by cleaning and applying wax for Gel Coating.

Requirements

• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans molds, applies wax and removes wax.
• Cleans and wipes down mold.
• Covers mold with plastic sheeting and secures with masking tape.
• Works in a team to push and pull boat mold into production area.
• Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
