About The Position
We are seeking a Mold Operator to support daily production operations in a plastics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating molds and related equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven production. Requirements
- Previous mold, plastics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Responsibilities
- Operate molding equipment according to work instructions
- Load and unload parts from molds
- Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
- Trim, deburr, and pack molded parts as required
- Monitor machines and report issues or defects
- Support mold changes and production start-ups as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
