Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Must be a team player and help out wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company rules as well as GMP’s and Life Saving Behaviors.
• Package quality molded product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Make up boxes for packaging product during packing process.
• Maintain a clean work area, including conveyor belts, automation equipment, floor and machine.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Assist new operators as directed.
• Assist Lead Person wherever needed.
• Efficiently operate every machine in the department.
