About The Position

This role is responsible for the assembly and disassembly of golf ball compression molds. This role will clean, inspect, and repair molds as necessary. This is a 2nd Shift position (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM)

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Must be very organized and thorough, following all procedures for quality and safety.
• Must be able to work independently as well as being part of the team.
• Must be able to manage time well to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training in field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processes
• Remove molds from compression molding cells and transport to maintenance area and return once completed
• Required to media blast, bake, and coat semi-permanent mold release
• Transport mold parts, positions them for assembly
• Works towards improvements for process efficiencies
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
