About The Position

The Mold Maintenance Technician maintains and rebuilds injection and blow molds to ensure optimal production performance. Key Responsibilities Perform mold repair and corrective maintenance. Disassemble and reassemble molds. Investigate and troubleshoot molding issues. Clean mold components. Execute preventive maintenance. Conduct precision measurements. Operate overhead cranes safely. Assist with mold changeovers. Complete documentation. Support safety and continuous improvement. Follow all safety requirements. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. 1+ years mold maintenance or related experience. Skill in mold teardown and rebuild. Proficiency with precision measurement tools. Overhead Crane/rigging experience. Available to work overtime or fill absences when necessary. Ability to read blueprints. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with injection or blow molding. Knowledge of hot runner systems. Light lathe/mill machining and welding experience. Understanding of ISO, GMP, 5S. Qualifications 1+ years mold maintenance or related experience. Skill in mold teardown and rebuild. Proficiency with precision measurement tools. Overhead Crane/rigging experience. Light lathe/mill machining and welding experience. Understanding of ISO, GMP, 5S. Physical Requirements Ability to perform standing job for 8 to 12 consecutive hours (depending on shift length). Remain stationery for extended periods of time. Move around Tool Room floor. Move, adjust, and position anywhere from 10 to 45 pounds. Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during a consecutive 8- to 12-hour period (depending on shift length). Frequent standing and bench work.
