Requirements

  • Mold design or toolmaking experience
  • Strong CAD/CAM and modeling skills
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and reverse engineering
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Create 3D surface and solid models of rubber parts using CAD/CAM software
  • Design molds, extrusion dies, form tooling, and peripheral tooling
  • Interpret sketches, drawings, and sample parts
  • Perform advanced surface modeling
  • Support production timelines and estimates
  • Design tooling for CNC, EDM, and fabrication equipment
  • Collaborate with machinists, toolmakers, and vendors
