About The Position

We are seeking a self-starter Mod Assembly candidate with previous experience. This position will ensure all tooling are changed over correctly, repairs are initiated, tagging system is used, and all documentation for the duration of a mold life is kept. Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Understanding basics of injection molding mechanics and mold function Responsible for setup and teardown of molds. Able to disassemble/reassemble molds and properly clean for use (maintenance). Documenting tooling change overs and repairs in software database. Identifies damage or other issues with molds. Inspect finished mold surface finish, size requirements, and configuration May be asked to do other task by management Able to setup mold for multiple types of components and adjust cavitation due to closed cavities.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to work overtime

Nice To Haves

• Preferred 5 years’ experience in tooling assembly or machine shop.
• Knowledge of steels
• Injection molding
• HVAC
• tolerances
