About The Position

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join a well-established, physician-led dermatology practice known for its patient-first philosophy, ethical approach, and exceptional long-term team stability. With no private equity involvement and no pressure for high-volume turnover, this practice offers a unique opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care. This position is open to both full-time (up to 5 days/week) and part-time (minimum 3 days/week) candidates. New fellowship graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC not required for new grads).
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mohs surgery with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Manage a caseload of 8 to 15 Mohs cases per day.
• Collaborate with a supportive and collaborative clinical team.
• Participate in the practice's conservative surgical approach.

• Base Salary: $400,000 – $450,000.
