Requirements

  • 3 or more years of leadership experience with a strong professional reputation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships across all organizational levels and beyond
  • Effective handling of pressure and stressful situations
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinker with initiative and a broad systems perspective
  • High drive, self‑discipline, efficiency, and organizational strength
  • Demonstrated technical excellence in mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge in hydraulic systems and components

Nice To Haves

  • Expert in hydraulic system and component design
  • Design experience with hydraulic pumps or motor design and / or hydrostatic propulsion
  • Intercultural experience

Responsibilities

  • Owns TDP, ISDP, PDP & CI of hydraulic modules
  • Leads and oversees a diverse global team of individual contributors & supervisors
  • Serves as a module project engineering champion
  • Develop and take ownership of comprehensive global budget and resource plans
  • Accountable for meeting cost/ quality/ timeline/ budget/ spec for the full solution
  • Owns the module strategy roadmap encompassing all agricultural products (respective area)
