Requirements
- 3 or more years of leadership experience with a strong professional reputation
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships across all organizational levels and beyond
- Effective handling of pressure and stressful situations
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinker with initiative and a broad systems perspective
- High drive, self‑discipline, efficiency, and organizational strength
- Demonstrated technical excellence in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge in hydraulic systems and components
Nice To Haves
- Expert in hydraulic system and component design
- Design experience with hydraulic pumps or motor design and / or hydrostatic propulsion
- Intercultural experience
Responsibilities
- Owns TDP, ISDP, PDP & CI of hydraulic modules
- Leads and oversees a diverse global team of individual contributors & supervisors
- Serves as a module project engineering champion
- Develop and take ownership of comprehensive global budget and resource plans
- Accountable for meeting cost/ quality/ timeline/ budget/ spec for the full solution
- Owns the module strategy roadmap encompassing all agricultural products (respective area)
