The Module Lead will be responsible for receiving tickets and issues from the business in the AMS project. The role involves analyzing the tickets and resolving issues within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLA). The candidate will also be responsible for testing and transporting changes to the production environment. A strong understanding of SLAs, incident management processes, and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow is essential. The position requires very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The candidate should be prepared to work on call after office hours and during weekends on a rotation basis.

  • Receive and analyze tickets/issues from the business in the AMS project.
  • Resolve issues within the specified SLA.
  • Test and transport changes to the production environment.
  • Understand SLAs and incident management processes.
  • Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Work on call after office hours and during weekends on a rotation basis.
  • 8 to 15 years of total experience.
  • Knowledge of ABAP Debugging preferred for functional consultants.
  • Experience with Legal and Management Consolidations.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Financial Statement Modeling.
  • Experience with Hybrid Deployment with SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Application Server.
  • Experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation Reporting with Embedded SAP BPC.
  • Experience with intercompany bookings and eliminations.
