The Module Lead will be responsible for receiving tickets and issues from the business in the AMS project. The role involves analyzing the tickets and resolving issues within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLA). The candidate will also be responsible for testing and transporting changes to the production environment. A strong understanding of SLAs, incident management processes, and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow is essential. The position requires very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The candidate should be prepared to work on call after office hours and during weekends on a rotation basis.
