About The Position

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a talented new equipment Field Leader to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume modernization projects within Pittsburgh, PA. On a typical day you will: Define project objectives and manage modernization projects Manage administrative and material tasks Ensure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and /or subcontractors Work closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risks Work closely with local authorities on document submissions, site inspections for a smooth project completion Ensure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitability.

Requirements

  • A high school education is required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 7 years)
  • Experience with the elevator and building trades
  • Safety is your top priority
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumen

Responsibilities
