About The Position
The Paraprofessional I and II positions in Exceptional Student Education are designed to support students with special needs in a school environment. These roles involve monitoring and supervising students while providing academic, emotional, and physical support as necessary. The paraprofessionals will assist in the preparation of instructional materials, perform clerical tasks, and help with special activities such as toileting and feeding. They will also participate in lesson planning and maintain communication with parents and school officials. The positions require maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service while performing various duties as assigned.
