Requirements

• Experience with modem validation, protocol stack debugging and/or baseband development.
• Familiarity with Apple's ecosystem, iOS testing tools and internal development workflows.
• Previous experience leading multi-site or global team.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global team responsible for IOT testing across 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoNR and other emerging wireless technologies.
• Own the strategy and execution of IOT testing with infrastructure vendors.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams in Hardware and Software engineering to ensure timely support of new Apple chipset features, carrier launches and software releases.
• Establish detailed test plans, coverage matrices and success criteria aligned with 3GPP standards, Apple requirements and carrier expectations.
• Act as a key decision-maker during issue triage, prioritization and escalations.
• Coach and mentor technical leads and managers.
