About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon's Integrated Solutions, Modeling, and Architecture (ISMA) center assesses, develops, and evaluates solution architectures for our customers’ largest, most complex challenges across all the operational domains. In the Operations and Mission Analysis Department, we analyze the world’s most challenging threats and help define new capabilities to counter them, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and leading the industry in operational modeling and simulation using our own purpose-built software. As a member in the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Analysis Section, you will be joining a team of high-performing engineers focused on using modeling and simulating tools to conduct analysis on current and future integrated systems including sensors, effectors, command and control capabilities, to support the development of next generation of CONOPS for countering peer competitor threats across the operational domains. Our team’s efforts include conducting analysis at the campaign, mission and system level based on our warfighting customer requirements. The CONOPS Analysis section is hiring for a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer. This is an onsite role in either Woburn or Tewksbury, MA.
