About The Position

By conducting theater-level analyses, designing experiments, and using Monte Carlo methods and optimization techniques, you'll provide critical insights and guidance to customers. You'll lead a dynamic, cross-country team of engineers in using cutting-edge Python-based frameworks to tackle complex mission requirements and capability gaps. Requirements

  • Experience with theater-level operations analysis and system-of-systems campaign problems.
  • Experience designing models and developing software for complex defense simulations utilizing programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience using advanced optimization techniques to evaluate trade-offs and assess multi-domain, system-level performance.
  • Experience with strategic guidance and formulating measures of effectiveness to evaluate capability gaps and desired effects across multiple programs.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with constructive modeling and simulation tools such as AFSIM, EADSIM, FLAMES, or HELIOS.
  • Experience in multi-domain defense simulations, including air, space, missile defense, or cyber.
  • Knowledge of complex system interactions related to multi-domain defense simulations.
  • Knowledge of UNIX or Linux environments for model execution and data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of raw data and extract key insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings in an accessible manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
