Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in high-end sales/customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Licensed real estate professionals must place their license on inactive status as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in people-facing roles such as barista, high-end retail sales associate, human resources, flight attendant, teachers, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
• Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
• Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits.
• Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers' likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers.
