About The Position

The position involves posing for drawings, paintings, and sculptures for MWCC art classes. There are two types of posing required: Portrait and Figure. For Portrait, the model will pose for drawings, paintings, and sculptures, while for Figure, the model will pose for life drawings, paintings, and sculptures while unclothed.

Requirements

• No experience required for Portrait posing.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Willingness to wear hats, scarves or vary hairstyle for courses.
• Comfortable with students of all levels representing them in drawings, paintings, and sculptures.
• One year experience required for Figure posing.
• Models cannot be enrolled in courses at the college.

Responsibilities

• Pose for drawings, paintings, and sculptures for MWCC art classes (Portrait).
• Pose for life drawings, paintings, and sculptures while unclothed (Figure).

Benefits

• Salary: $15.00 for Portrait posing.
• Salary: $30.00 for Figure posing.
