The Model Bartender is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor service standards while complying with all applicable SNHD requirements. Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments and strong communication skills. They should possess extensive knowledge of bartending, from fundamentals to crafting drinks. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1-3 years of bartending experience in high-volume venues.
• Strong knowledge of various beverages.
• Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid work cards (Health, Alcohol Awareness, Non-Gaming).
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an attractive image to align with the venue's theme.
• Pose for promotional pictures in uniform or designated apparel.
• Participate in themed events, movie showings, and marketing activities.
• Provide exceptional, professional, and friendly customer service.
• Set up the bar for operations and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Perform various job-related tasks as required by management.
• Mix and serve beverages, following department policies.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
• Handle credit transactions accurately.
• Keep a clean and hygienic workstation following health standards.
• Provide accurate inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Be knowledgeable about the venue's offerings.
• Monitor and address guest concerns or disruptive behavior.
• Respond to complaints positively and correct errors.
• Maintain a professional appearance, composure, and focus.
• Uphold high standards of integrity.
• Perform assigned job-related duties.
