About The Position

As our MOD Tech Support Expert, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive and successful Modernization field experience.
• Strong background in field modernization with demonstrated installation management and training skills.
• Experience supervising, managing, and leading people within a union workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent elevator-escalator industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, implement, and document processes for overall efficiency in the MOD Front Line Offices.
• Promote front line safety and support Region Managers and District leaders in safety initiatives.
• Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a passion for quality and results.
• Analyze and problem-solve to ensure objectives are met.
