About The Position

This role implements mobilization strategies to recruit and hire coordinators while building and nurturing relationships that strengthen the talent pipeline. It manages the mobilization pipeline to ensure timely progress, collaborates with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals, and maintains warm, timely communication with partners and candidates. The position ensures a positive experience for all stakeholders and contributes to sustainable organizational growth. This leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of AL and develop the character and competence necessary to contribute to growth excellence for their scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Full time, 40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to serve multiple time zones.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in multifamily, church/non-profit centered or recruiting experience.
  • May also have experience as a vendor in advertising or marketing to the multifamily industry.
  • Experience in customer service, recruiting, marketing or business operations role.
  • Experience with Microsoft office products, with proficiency in Hubspot and Asana.
  • Operate out of HubSpot to ensure tracking of communication and strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute mobilization strategies – Implement strategies to recruit and hire coordinators, ensuring activity is documented and aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Build and cultivate relationships – Establish new connections (e.g., churches, seminaries, coordinators) and nurture existing partners to expand reach and strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Manage pipeline and progress – Track and monitor the mobilization pipeline, ensuring timely hires and surfacing potential gaps or delays.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Growth and Program Management teams to support strategy execution, meet goals, and contribute to sustainable expansion.
  • Support partner engagement and outcomes – Maintain consistent, warm, and proactive communication with partners and candidates, replying within 1 business day, to ensure a positive experience and successful mobilization outcomes.
