About The Position

Performs and initiates mobility tasks such as ambulation and transfers of identified patients by nursing and rehab. Mobilization could be multiple times per day with identified patients. At times may include assisting with patient transfers during therapy session in direct supervision of licensed therapist or therapist assistant, treatment room set up, patient census documentation, maintenance and cleaning of therapy equipment.. Other clerical and support tasks as requested.

Requirements

• High School graduate
• CPR Required
• None required; on-the-job training.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Needs knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Must be able to accept direction from various personnel.
