Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license, MAVO certification, CPR certification, and O2 certification. (Training Provided by Life Ride if needed)
- Have a Clean Driver License in NJ, PA or NY, (Less than 2 At Fault Accidents or moving violations in last 5 years)
- Defensive Driving Certificate by National Safety Council (Training Paid for & Provided by Life Ride if needed)
- A valid MAVO (Mobility Assistance Vehicle Operator) certification (we offer training)
- 1 Year of Experience
- CPR Certification (We offer training)
- Valid Driver License in NJ, NY or PA (with a clean record)
- Be at least 23 Years Old
