What You’ll Do: Provide Specialized Care: Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes. Manage Your Schedule: Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care. Document with Precision: Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress. Stay Ahead: Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques. What You’ll Bring: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire). Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills. A passion for patient-centered care. Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire).
