Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • Patients will be located in Saginaw, MI
  • Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

  • Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

  • Provide Specialized Care: Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
  • Manage Your Schedule: Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care.
  • Document with Precision: Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress.
