About The Position

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia services to pets in the comfort of their homes. This role offers veterinarians the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes professional fulfillment and personal well-being, allowing for a balanced schedule and meaningful interactions with pet families.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pets.
• Deliver compassionate and unrushed care to pets and their families.
• Collaborate with a community of veterinarians and support staff for guidance and support.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with an average of 2-4 appointments daily.
