About The Position

This position is responsible for the general maintenance, upkeep and driving of our commercial vehicles. The essential job functions include driving and operating commercial trucks and vans, following instructions, locating and reading locations and road maps, maintaining pre-inspection logs and checklists, delivering vehicles to locations as scheduled, being responsible for basic vehicle maintenance, completing and verifying required inspections and paperwork, maintaining a CDL driver's license, and performing other duties assigned by the Facilities Coordinator or Director of Facilities.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • CDL - Class A or B
  • 21 years or older
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check
  • Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment
  • All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles to locations as scheduled
  • Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance
  • Complete and verify required inspections and paperwork
  • Maintain CDL drivers license
  • Other duties assigned by Facilities Coordinator or Director of Facilities
