About The Position

The Sales Representative, Mobile Tour Hitter’s House is responsible for driving sales and promoting sports products or services at mobile tour events and sporting venues. This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations and personalized recommendations, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Representative, Mobile Tour Hitter’s House will also be responsible for inventory management, event setup and breakdown, and providing regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • High school degree required.
  • 2 -3 years of sales or sales support experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by actively promoting and selling sports products or services to customers at mobile tour stops, events, and sporting venues.
  • Engage with attendees, offering product demonstrations and personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets set for each event or tour location.
  • Control no charge product, ensure product is coded correctly and makes sense to be doing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide information about products or services.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to improve offerings and sales strategies.
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of the mobile sports tour booth or sales station at each event.
  • Ensure the space is visually appealing and stocked with the necessary products, promotional materials, and signage.
  • Assist in organizing events, promotions, and giveaways to drive traffic to the booth.
  • Track inventory levels and ensure products are restocked when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and tour locations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and tour success to management.
  • Conduct quarterly physical inventories.
  • Work closely with other sales representatives and tour coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding during the tour.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members as needed.
  • Achieve annual sales and margin targets.
  • Drive a specific launch with sales goals.
  • Meet customer acquisition growth goal.
