About The Position

Leads and participates in a small team providing phlebotomy services to inpatients or an outpatient laboratory. Ensures adherence to standards and policies. Trains new employees as assigned. Captures data, audits processes and reports selected metrics to management.

Requirements

• Minimum High school diploma.
• Minimum ASCP certification for Phlebotomy (or other accrediting agency) or certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire date.
• Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience.

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy Training or Phlebotomy Technical School.
• One year of phlebotomy experience at MHSM.
