About The Position

Mobile Full Stack Software Engineer – Hybrid | Frisco, TX (must be locally based) The Role Hands-on mobile full stack engineering role focused on designing and building mobile applications and backend services in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You'll work with minimal supervision, ship E2E mobile experiences, and actively leverage GenAI to accelerate development and SDLC processes. Startup mentality is a must.

Requirements

7–10 years of software development experience; 5+ years in mobile application design and development
Hands-on experience across both frontend (Android and/or iOS) and backend technologies
Strong familiarity with RESTful APIs connecting mobile apps to backend services
Experience with unit testing, code coverage, automation, and design patterns
Proficiency with performance and debugging tools — Instruments, Allocation, Leaks, Crash Analysis
Solid Git and code versioning fundamentals
Experience with CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Gradle/Maven (Android) and iOS build systems
Demonstrated use of GenAI in the SDLC

Responsibilities

Lead development of mobile applications and services handling diverse transaction types
Build E2E mobile flows independently — UX implementation through backend API integration
Design and develop mobile applications and APIs that address real-world user scenarios
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors on functional integrations
Use GenAI tooling actively for code generation and agentic app experiences
Drive continuous innovation and experimentation while maintaining quality under tight timelines
Solve and articulate complex problems across application design, development, and UX
