Requirements
- Must be a State Safety Inspector
- Must be able to complete Ford Mobile Technician certification level
- Field Service Action (FSA) Certification required or willingness to complete required Ford training
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining Ford standards
Nice To Haves
- Prior Ford dealership experience
- Experience with mobile or off-site service operations
- Strong customer communication skills
