Our team takes pride in providing automotive excellence to drivers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team. Position Overview As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for vehicles at customers’ locations — bringing dealership expertise directly to them. This role is perfect for a highly skilled technician who thrives on autonomy, enjoys face-to-face customer interactions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an automotive technician, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Comfort performing service on a variety of systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the service area.
  • Familiarity with Chevrolet/LGM-authorized tools and procedures is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift tools and parts as needed, and complete hands-on work outdoors when required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mobile maintenance and repair services on Chevrolet vehicles at customer locations.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources.
  • Complete scheduled service appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship while meeting safety and quality protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
  • Uphold dealership image through professional interaction and exceptional customer care.
