This role is ideal for someone with a background in dealership or large facility service, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team dedicated to service excellence. The Mobile Service Manager will oversee and direct the Mobile Service Team, which includes Onsite Service Coordinators, Pick-up & Delivery Coordinators, Service Advisors, and Technicians. Responsibilities include managing communication between the team and customers throughout the repair and maintenance process, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear updates. The manager will listen to both customers and team members to fully understand service needs, set realistic expectations, and monitor repair progress and special orders. A key aspect of the role is creating and maintaining an efficient, well-run department.
