About The Position

Long-Lewis of Prattville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Service Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in dealership or large facility service, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team dedicated to service excellence. The Mobile Service Manager will oversee and direct the Mobile Service Team, which includes Onsite Service Coordinators, Pick-up & Delivery Coordinators, Service Advisors, and Technicians. Responsibilities include managing communication between the team and customers throughout the repair and maintenance process, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear updates. The manager will listen to both customers and team members to fully understand service needs, set realistic expectations, and monitor repair progress and special orders. A key aspect of the role is creating and maintaining an efficient, well-run department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to providing world-class customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years of dealership or large facility service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Ford Mobile Service Structure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Mobile Service Team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between the team and customers throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer and advisor feedback to fully assess needs and manage service expectations.
• Ensure the team is informed and on track with the status of repairs, maintenance, and special orders.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient service department.
