Job Overview: The Mobile Service Manager will oversee and direct the Mobile Service Team, which includes Onsite Service Coordinators, Pick-up & Delivery Coordinators, Service Advisors, and Technicians. This role involves managing communication between the team and customers throughout the repair and maintenance process, ensuring that all updates are accurate, timely, and clear. The Mobile Service Manager listens to both customers and team members to fully understand service needs, set realistic expectations, and stay on top of repair progress and special orders. The manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient, well-run department.
